Which biometric terminals are supported?
The system integrates in real time with eSSL biometric terminals using fingerprint and RFID/smart card authentication. Share your terminal model and we will confirm compatibility.
What happens if the network goes down?
Authentication and token printing continue locally. Transactions sync to the cloud once connectivity is restored.
Can we control meals by shift, contractor and department?
Yes. Quotas are tracked per shift, meal slot, contractor and department so entitlements are enforced at the terminal.
What printer is used for tokens?
A 3-inch ESC/POS thermal printer prints the token slip automatically after each successful authentication.
